If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 days. After this date we will not be able to offer a refund.
Products must be unworn, unwashed with original tags attached. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
Personalised items are non returnable.
Once received in satisfactory condition a full refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Unless faulty, all items are to be returned at your own cost. You should consider a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to take responsibility for loss.
If you require an item to be exchanged we will send out the item at no extra cost.
Returns for faulty or incorrect items
Please check you are satisfied and the sizing is correct before removing any tags. If the fault is evident once you have opened your parcel please take a photograph of the item with the fault visible and email us immediately at email@example.com. and send it back to us within 7 days. Once inspected a replacement or full refund will be given and the postage refunded.
